Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 88efg. Duplicate accounts are not allowed. If you already have an account and attempt to open a second one, we reserve the right to close the duplicate, withhold any bonuses credited to it and in cases of deliberate abuse, close the original account as well.
When registering you are required to provide accurate, truthful and current personal information including your full name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process. The Platform is operated for Pakistani users and all financial transactions are processed in PKR. Your account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any other person to use your account or access another person's account. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not it was authorised by you.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 88efg customer support immediately via live chat or email so that appropriate steps can be taken. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have not taken reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
88efg accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in PKR through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. The full list of currently active payment options is displayed on the Deposit page of the Platform.
Deposits are generally credited to your 88efg account balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. 88efg is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times or technical issues on the side of JazzCash, Easypaisa or other providers.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by our payments team. Standard members can expect processing within the timeframe shown on the deposit page. VIP members receive priority processing with faster turnaround at higher tiers. We reserve the right to request identity or source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or where unusual activity has been detected on an account.
All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and cashback on 88efg are denominated in PKR. There is no currency conversion on the Platform. You should deposit and withdraw in PKR only. Any transaction submitted in a different currency will be subject to conversion at rates applied by your bank or payment provider, and 88efg accepts no responsibility for exchange losses.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method. Maximum transaction limits also apply and may differ based on your account verification status and VIP tier.
Bonuses and promotional offers available on 88efg are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer on the Promotions page. Where a bonus carries a wagering requirement, you must complete the stated amount of wagering before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to one person, one account, one household address, one device and one IP address. 88efg reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed. Once a bonus has been credited it is subject to the terms that were in place at the time of crediting.
Any behaviour 88efg determines to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or using external tools to exploit bonus mechanics — will result in the removal of the bonus, any associated winnings and may result in account suspension.
Welcome bonuses are available to new members only and are available for the first qualifying deposit unless stated otherwise. Existing members, previously closed accounts or accounts that have breached these terms are not eligible for welcome promotions.
Sports betting on 88efg covers cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Test matches, domestic fixtures, football, esports and other markets as listed on the Betting page. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled or amended by the member.
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled or abandoned, obvious pricing errors, market suspension due to irregular activity, or where 88efg has reasonable grounds to believe a bet was placed using information not publicly available at the time. Void bets are returned as stake to the member's balance.
In-play betting markets are available for selected events including PSL and T20 matches. Odds change in real time and bets are accepted subject to the current displayed odds at the moment of confirmation. There may be a brief delay between bet submission and acceptance during high-activity periods such as PSL match days.
Casino games including live dealer tables, slots and fish games are governed by the return-to-player (RTP) rates and rules specific to each game, which are accessible within the game interface. 88efg does not alter game outcomes — all results are determined by the game software provider's certified random number generator (RNG).
Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event and in aggregate over defined time periods. These limits are displayed within the relevant sports or game section. 88efg reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout available to any member at its discretion.
The 88efg VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Progression between tiers is based on cumulative deposit activity within the relevant qualifying period. Each tier carries a defined weekly cashback rate applied to net losses, paid in PKR every Monday with no wagering requirement attached.
Additional VIP benefits including faster withdrawal processing, exclusive bonus offers and dedicated account management at Platinum and Diamond tiers are described on the VIP page. 88efg reserves the right to modify tier thresholds, cashback rates and associated benefits with reasonable prior notice to affected members. VIP status is personal and non-transferable.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 88efg and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:
All content on the 88efg Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software and data feeds — is the intellectual property of 88efg or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the express written consent of 88efg. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
88efg collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. We take the security of your data seriously and implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it.
We may share your data with third-party payment processors (such as JazzCash and Easypaisa) solely for the purpose of processing your transactions, and with fraud prevention and identity verification services where required. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 88efg customer support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after identity verification is completed, subject to any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses. 88efg reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close an account at any time where we have reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that fraudulent activity is taking place, or that continuing to operate the account poses a risk to the Platform or other members. In the event of closure due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned after investigation unless there are legal grounds to withhold them.
88efg provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occasionally affect access.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88efg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, interruption of service or any act or omission of a third-party payment provider. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of 88efg shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account balance at the time the claim arises.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
